MEDIA CONSENT
I understand that photographs and video footage are regularly taken within Adapt Martial Arts & Boxing Academy as part of normal training, events, and community activities. I give permission for Adapt Academy to capture and use photographs, video, or audio recordings of myself and/or my child.
This consent includes the use of full or partial recordings, with or without accompanying text or illustrations, for the purpose of positively promoting Adapt and its programs.
I acknowledge that this permission extends to all electronic and internet-based marketing, including websites, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
Where names may be included, I understand that only first names will be used.
If I do not wish for myself or my child to appear in social media content, I will notify the Academy in writing. The Academy will make every reasonable effort to ensure we are not featured; however, I understand that occasional human error may occur in busy class environments.
